Obituary of Maria Radio

Maria Radio, 74, of Westvale, passed away Wednesday October 6, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Maria was born in Germany and has lived in the Syracuse area since 1958. She retired from Lockheed Martin where she worked in manufacturing for over 30 years. Maria loved traveling around the country with the love of her life John. She loved the outdoors, gardening and spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years John, her son Chris (Lisa) Radio, her sister Natalie (Bob) Kot and her brother Alex (Ashley) Kowalczuk. She is also survived by 2-granddaughters, Ashley & Alyssa Radio.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 10, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Macko-Vassallo Funeral Home, 1609 W. Genesee St. Funeral services will be held on Monday October 11, 2021 at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
