I met Olga through Neighborhood Watch. I enjoyed her warmth and friendship. I loved listening to the stories she would tell and to my surprise in one story she was referring to my Great Aunt.
My deepest sympathy to Olga's family.

Olga helped a young lad learn the responsibilities of business travel with a humanistic approach. "Travel like you are spending your own money and always get a receipt." If something happens call me. We can tall about it. To a kid...900 miles from home for the first time in his life...no credit card...that was a helping hand! She was always helpful...even as I got more seasoned.

Sorry for your loss of Olga. I worked with Olga for many years. I enjoyed seeing her from time to time and visited with her with my mom and Husband as we all retired from John Deere Co.

Olga was a dear friend and an excellent employee for me at John Deere. I first met Olga when I was transferred to the JD office in Syracuse. I never had to worry about Olga’s work as she took care of her assigned tasks. Both of my sons were born in Syracuse during my time there. My younger son became a diehard SU basketball fan and Olga helped continue his passion be sending him various articles from the Syracuse Post Standard. On my last visit to Syracuse, before Olga had her fall, our son, Mark accompanied us and it was a real thrill for Olga to see him. Kathryn and I are very sorry for the loss. We will miss her very much.
