Obituary of Robert L. Ruebsamen

Robert L. "Bob" Ruebsamen December 14, 2024 Robert L. "Bob" Ruebsamen, 81, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday, December14, 2024 at Upstate University Hospital. Bob was a graduate of Central Tech High School in Syracuse, and attended trade school. He retired from Davis-Ulmer Fire Protections Systems where he worked for over 40 years as a fire Sprinkler installation specialist. Bob enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and most of all spending time with his loving family. He was predeceased by his parents, Robert C. and Helen Ruebsamen. Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years Lesia (Majkowycz) Ruebsamen of Syracuse, his daughters, Tania (Michael) Lewycky of Dewitt, Michigan, Larisa (Orlando) Pagan of Westchester, NY, his grandchildren, Deanna, Alec, Arianna Lewycky, niece Michelle Bentcliff and a cousin Heidi Werely. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to offset the funeral expenses.
