Maria Kuss, 71, of Camillus passed away peacefully after a brief illness. She was born in England and moved to Syracuse at a young age. Maria graduated from Sacred Heart High School. She held positions at Equitable Life, Empire Vision and St. Joseph's Hospital over a 45-year time period. Upon retirement, Maria loved watching her grandchildren play sports. Above all else, she treasured spending time with family and friends. Maria is predeceased by her parents, Osyp and Rozalia. She is survived by her son Vincent (Joely), grandchildren Samuel, James and Sarah; siblings Raymond, Dorothy and Michael along with several nieces and nephews. Per Maria's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A Mass will be celebrated in her memory at a later date.
