Joan M. Wilkins, 71, of Syracuse, passed away January 3rd at her home. Joan was born in Syracuse, New York to Mr. and Mrs.? Frederick Bohemier on February 14th, 1951. She was pre-deceased by her husband James R. Wilkins, Sr., daughter Tina A. Rattray, grandson Brian P. Crowley, brother Thomas Bohemier and sister Judith Holmes. She is survived by her son James R. Jr., daughter Terri, five grandchildren James R. III, William, Ben and twins McKayla & MacKenzie; siblings William (Sheila), Frederick, her twin sister Jean (Roger), Janice (Joe) and sister in-law Kathy; her best friend Jan Christopher as well as several nieces and nephews. Joan's pastimes included playing Bunco with her girlfriends, rooting for her favorite NFL team, the Denver Broncos and spending time with her family and her friend Jan.
