Karen L. Hall-Presher Sica

Karen L. Hall-Presher Sica, 65, of Baldwinsville, passed away Saturday September 3, 2022 at Francis House. Karen was born on September 29, 1956 in Syracuse. She was the daughter of the late Hubert Hall and Earline Womble Hall of Marcellus, NY. She was a 1975 graduate of Marcellus High School. On April 9, 1977 she married Robert K. Presher and on September 13, 1982 their daughter Laura was born to her and Robert. On August 13, 1988, Robert passed away. Karen later married Steve Sica on October 13, 1990. They had two children Joseph and Susanna. Karen worked at Hutchings Psychiatric Center for 12 years, Syracuse Home for 3 Years and Nascentia Health for 12 years. Karen enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family.

Karen is survived by her brother Thomas (Elizabeth) Hall of Baldwinsville, sister Patricia (Gary) Jaron of Berkeley, CA., her children Laura (Joshua) Romanowicz of Fulton, Joseph (Rachel) Sica of Baldwinsville and Susanna (Wayne) West of Central Square, NY. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Orianna and Cody.

Calling hours will be held on Friday September 9, 2022 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in the Ss. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, 401 Hamilton Street, Syracuse, NY. A Panakhyda Service will be held at 6:30 pm Friday at the church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday September 10, 2022 at 9:00 am at the church. Karen will be laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery in Marcellus, NY.
