Barbara Louise Smola, 91, of Jordan, NY, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026 at The Grand at Chittenango. Barbara was born in Auburn, NY and has lived in Jordan for the past 40 years. She retired from General Electric where she had worked for over 40 years.
Barbara enjoyed gardening, reading, she loved decorating for the holidays, but most of all spending time with her family, friends and her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by 2 sons, Joseph Smola, and Robert Smola.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 73 years, Michael J. Smola, her children, Mickey (Jim) Renczkowski, Carolyn Smola, Nick (Patty) Smola, Robin (Doug) Cassell, Tracey Smola, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and 2 nieces.
Per Barbara's wishes there will be no services at this time.
