It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elaine L Ellis Stevens, who passed away on Tuesday June 2, 2026 at the age of 62 surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on Feburay 13 1964, she was a beloved mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. Elaine's early life was spent hanging out at racetracks, drawing, and spending time with her friends and family. After she graduated she earned her Associates Degree in accounting, though she did not use it as much as she anticipated as she later became a homemaker, doing some of the things she loved like cooking, taking care of her animals, shopping, crafts and most of all being a mom. She was a loud presence in any room she entered not by volume but by her humor and kindness thats was felt by all who met her. Elaine was met with many different medical issues later in life but she faced each one with courage, hope and strength.

She is survived by her loving husband of 25 years, Ronald Stevens Jr, daughter Rachel (Ladd) Sisco, son Ronnie Stevens, grandson Boone, sisters Karen Hall and Sharri (Kevin) Clemens, brother Richard Ellis, several neices and nephews as well as many great grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Richard Ellis, mother Sharron Richardson, Aunt Pamela Gladdle and nephew Dylan Sarazin.

Though our hearts our broken we are comforted by the impact she had on everyone who knew her. Her strength, kindness and humor will continue to live through our memories.

Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners,3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm at the funeral home.

A celebration of Elaine's life will be held at a later date to be determined."
